Role Description
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at AdGlobeX Media will provide strategic leadership, set the company vision, and drive overall business performance in the AdTech and programmatic advertising space. This full-time, on-site role based in Wolverhampton will oversee finance, operations, sales, and strategic planning to ensure sustainable growth and strong publisher relationships.

- Defining and executing long-term business plans
- Managing senior leadership teams
- Aligning resources and budgets with organizational priorities
The CEO will regularly review financial and operational metrics, make data-informed decisions, and represent the company in key partner, client, and industry stakeholder meetings. The role also involves fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture, ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance, and identifying new market opportunities and innovation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Finance and Business Planning skills to manage budgets, forecasts, and investment decisions.
- Proven expertise in Operations Management to optimize processes, teams, and service delivery.
- Demonstrated experience in Strategic Planning to define vision, set goals, and drive growth initiatives.
- Solid background in Sales and business development to expand publisher partnerships and revenue streams.
- Prior executive leadership experience in AdTech, digital media, or related technology sectors.
- Ability to interpret complex data, analytics, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Track record of building inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing teams.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is advantageous.
