Multi-Plant Turnaround | Footprint Consolidation | Full P&L | Manufacturing Transformation
📍 Project Snapshot
- Area: Manufacturing / Industrial

🏢 About Our Client
Our client is a European industrial group whose manufacturing sites turn raw materials into finished products for the furniture and consumer goods markets. The individual sites are profitable. What is missing is one accountable executive who can connect commercial choices, product strategy, sourcing, and operational performance into one disciplined platform.
🎯 Job Challenge
- Take full CEO-level ownership of a defined 12–18 month turnaround mandate
- Run a 90-day diagnostic across financial, commercial, and operational performance
- Build and execute a recovery roadmap covering footprint consolidation and supply chain optimisation
- Drive pricing governance, cost standardisation, and performance discipline across all sites
- Make the hard calls on each location: invest, restructure, or exit
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
