Chief Executive

Manufacturing / £190k, 25% bonus, car all’ce (£12k) plus LTIP
Warwickshire

This well-established manufacturing business has grown considerably in recent years through a sustained acquisition programme. Our client is looking for an experienced leader to give the enlarged group shape and cohesion, and to steer it towards its corporate objectives.

Your remit

  • Deliver the business plan, while pursuing new product development, new service lines and new markets.
  • Take a considered look at existing processes and systems, refining them where needed and always making the most of the resources available.
  • Build and lead a workforce committed to excellence across every part of the business.

  • At least five years of full profit and loss responsibility within a multi-site manufacturing environment.
  • A proven record of securing profitable sales growth, delivery of first-class customer service, and improving systems and processes with the goal of achieving operational excellence.
  • Experience of completing one or more acquisitions and integrating them seamlessly.
  • Strong, collaborative leadership that shapes a positive workplace culture.
  • Commercial acumen, decisiveness and a sharp analytical mind.
