Chief Executive Officer
A highly entrepreneurial Family Office is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead the establishment and growth of a hospitality-focused real estate development and investment platform. The business is focused on the acquisition, development, financing and management of high-quality hospitality and residential real estate projects across Europe, the Middle East and other international markets.
The platform's investment strategy spans luxury and upper-upscale hotels, branded residences, mixed-use hospitality destinations, resort communities and complex urban developments. Projects may be pursued through fully funded developments, joint venture structures, strategic equity investments, development partnerships and debt financing opportunities.
This is a unique opportunity for a proven industry leader to build and scale an institutional-quality development business backed by patient capital and a long-term investment horizon.
Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Principals of the Family Office, the CEO will be responsible for defining and executing the group's overall investment, development and operating strategy.
The successful candidate will provide leadership across all aspects of the business, including acquisition, development, capital markets, asset management, operations, governance and organisational growth.

Development & Investment
- Lead all aspects of the development lifecycle from origination and underwriting through planning, design, financing, construction and delivery.
- Oversee hospitality-led mixed-use developments, branded residences, urban regeneration projects and resort destinations.
- Evaluate equity, debt and structured financing opportunities.
- Negotiate complex transactions, partnerships and development agreements.
Capital Markets & Relationships
- Build and maintain relationships with global investors, lenders, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, private equity firms and institutional partners.
- Lead capital raising initiatives where required.
- Structure and negotiate joint ventures, co-investments and strategic partnerships.
Hospitality & Brand Partnerships
- Lead relationships with international hotel operators and branded residence providers.
- Negotiate management agreements, franchise agreements, licensing arrangements and brand partnerships.
- Ensure developments are aligned with market-leading hospitality and residential standards.
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement the company's long-term strategic vision and business plan.
- Identify and evaluate new development, investment and acquisition opportunities.
- Build a best-in-class hospitality and residential development platform.
- Drive sustainable growth, profitability and value creation across the portfolio.

Essential Experience
- Previous CEO, Managing Director, Development Director, Group CEO or President experience within a real estate development company.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in real estate development, investment, asset management or hospitality real estate.
- Demonstrable leadership experience within businesses focused on hotels, branded residences and mixed-use developments.
- Extensive experience delivering large-scale development projects from concept through completion.
- Strong understanding of hospitality investment, operations and asset management.
- Proven experience negotiating joint ventures, investment structures and development agreements.
- Experience working with global hotel brands and hospitality operators.
- Strong network across the hospitality, real estate, investment and capital markets sectors.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across development, design, finance and operations.
