Directorbank are leading the search for a Midlands-based PE-backed SaaS business with c. £8m ARR. The business is currently on plan and is achieving double-digit organic growth as well as looking for further acquisitions to integrate into the platform. The business operates in a regulated / compliance-led sector and its product is critical to its enterprise customer base.

We are seeking a CEO who will lead the business to in excess of £15m ARR and then possibly into a secondary buyout.
Key skills required are:
- Enterprise SaaS experience as a CEO or Managing Director is essential
- PE / investor experience
- Proven experience of leading significant growth
- Commercial / enterprise sales background is preferred
- High IQ and EQ
- Experience in a regulated or compliance-focused vertical sector would be ideal (not FinTech)
- Successful exit would also be ideal
- Willing & able to lead a secondary buyout
