Enjoy Leisure is East Lothian's health and wellbeing charity.
Our mission is to create happier, healthier communities; people are at the heart of everything we do. We are more than gyms and swimming pools, more than your local sports centres, we are committed to improving the wellbeing of everyone who lives in East Lothian, and our visitors.
With our current Chief Executive planning to retire in early 2027, we are seeking an exceptional leader to guide the organisation into its next phase of growth and success.

About the role
As Chief Executive, you’ll lead the delivery of our vision and strategy, working closely with the Board, East Lothian Council and a broad range of stakeholders. You’ll champion innovation, financial sustainability, and operational excellence, ensuring Enjoy Leisure continues to provide high-quality services that make a meaningful difference to the communities we serve.
