Chief Executive Officer, Tees
Totum Partners are delighted to be partnering with Tees on the appointment of its next Chief Executive Officer to be based in their head office in Bishop's Stortford.
Tees is a highly successful legal and financial services business, with revenues of £37.7m, more than 400 people and 31 partners, operating across five offices in Hertfordshire, Essex and Cambridgeshire.
Following a decade of strong financial growth and transformation, the business is entering an exciting next phase. Tees is looking to build on these strong foundations, with ambitious plans for the future, a clear focus on sustained profitable growth, and the continued development of Tees Wealth.
Importantly, this ambition is underpinned by Tees' strong sense of identity and commitment to the communities in which it operates. As the business continues to grow and evolve, the new CEO will play an important role in ensuring its values, culture and connection to the communities it serves remain at the heart of the organisation.

They will combine strategic vision with operational and financial rigour and bring a strong track record of growth, transformation and leading change.
