CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Scale a category-defining consumer gaming platform.

A rare CEO seat for an experienced iGaming operator to run a globally ambitious business.

The opportunity

Our client is one of the most successful and best-loved consumer gaming platforms globally, with tens of millions of registered users, a thriving creator community, and category-leading engagement metrics. The business is now entering an ambitious next chapter — global expansion, deeper monetisation, and building the community-first entertainment experience of the next decade.

The owners and board are looking for an experienced iGaming CEO — someone who knows how to run a real-money B2C gaming business at scale — to lead the company through this next phase. The team is established, high-performing, and highly valued; the ask is world-class commercial and operational leadership on top.

Why an iGaming leader?

The board wants the operator DNA that only iGaming builds:

  • VIP economics, retention and lifetime value — turning engaged users into paying communities.
  • Product-led growth, live operations, and always-on optimisation of the funnel.
  • Multi-market commercial thinking, partnerships with global publishers and brands.
  • Rigorous unit economics, payments, fraud, compliance, and risk instincts.
  • Community, tournaments, and content-as-product — categories where iGaming leaders excel.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'll own

  • Full P&L and strategic direction of business with a category-leading domestic footprint and a live global roadmap.
  • Commercial engine — monetisation, subscriptions, ads, partnerships, and new revenue lines.
  • Product roadmap in close partnership with a strong Chief Product Officer.
  • Financial discipline and capital strategy in close partnership with an experienced CFO.
  • Community, creator, and publisher partnerships — the flywheel that makes this business special.
  • International expansion strategy across new markets and new user cohorts.

Who you are

  • A senior iGaming operator — sitting CEO, COO, MD, or Deputy CEO of a B2C real-money-gaming or fantasy sports business.
  • Strong B2C DNA — you have grown paying users, built engaged communities, and can talk about VIP, retention, ARPU and LTV as fluently as EBITDA.
  • A global market mindset — comfortable running across jurisdictions, working with multicultural teams, and thinking beyond a single home market.
  • Hands-on and roll-up-your-sleeves — a builder, not a caretaker.
  • Board-fluent and investor-trusted — able to represent the business to institutional shareholders and global partners.
  • Comfortable in a business where product, technology and community sit at the heart of the model.
