Chief Executive Officer (Confidential)

Europe | €240,000 Base + 50% Bonus + Equity (up to 3%)

An exceptional opportunity has arisen to lead one of Europe's fastest-growing consumer brands through its next stage of international expansion.

Our client is a highly successful, founder-led consumer business operating primarily through a Direct-to-Consumer model, complemented by a growing B2B channel. The business has established a strong market position, achieved impressive year-on-year growth and has built an experienced leadership team capable of supporting significant future scale.

Following a planned transition by the Founder, the Board is seeking an outstanding Chief Executive Officer to take full executive responsibility for the business and lead its next phase of growth.

This is a genuine CEO position with complete executive authority across the organisation, providing the successful candidate with the autonomy to shape strategy, accelerate growth and build long-term enterprise value.

The Ideal Candidate

We are interested in speaking with accomplished CEOs, Managing Directors or General Managers who have successfully scaled international consumer businesses.

You are likely to bring:

  • A proven track record leading high-growth consumer or FMCG organisations.
  • Deep commercial understanding of modern marketing, customer acquisition and omnichannel distribution.
  • Experience scaling businesses internationally across multiple territories.
  • Strong appreciation of Direct-to-Consumer business models and digital commerce.
  • Strategic capability balanced with operational execution.
  • A collaborative leadership style with the ability to build high-performing teams.

Package

  • Base Salary: €240,000
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 50%
  • Equity Participation: Up to 3%

The role is based in Europe, with regular international travel expected.
