Azlin Software is a vertical software platform that acquires and grows mission-driven software companies over the long term. Our investment strategy is to build enduring businesses with permanent capital, hold for the long term, and support our companies’ mission, team, and customers. Our focus is on B2B software that ultimately provides better services and care to families. Azlin Software was founded in 2024, with a central team based in the US and the UK, and is backed by a select group of world-class software investors and entrepreneurs.

FuseMetrix is building the most innovative and trusted platform powering leisure and attraction businesses across the UK. Since 2002, FuseMetrix has empowered businesses to streamline their operations and enable better customer experiences. Our cloud-based platform brings together online bookings, ePOS, finance, CRM, HR, and more into a single, unified platform. Family entertainment centres, farm attractions, indoor play venues, museums, zoos, and many more rely on it to run their day-to-day operations and give their visitors a great day out.
The team is based in Milton Keynes, and FuseMetrix is part of Azlin Software, a vertical software platform that acquires and grows mission-driven B2B software companies over the long term.
The Opportunity
This is a rare chance to lead a profitable software business that leisure and attraction operators across the UK rely on every day, and to take FuseMetrix into its next chapter. You'll be in charge of the company's strategy, P&L, product, customers, and team. You will report to the FuseMetrix Board.
We will invest in you through an experienced board, executive coaching, and a community of B2B software operators. Over time, there may also be an opportunity to lead a cluster of companies across the Azlin group.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy, Customers & Growth
- Own the company's strategic direction and market positioning.
- Drive revenue growth with full P&L accountability across new customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.
- Build strong relationships with operators, join key customer meetings, and make sure every customer receives timely, high-quality support.
Product
- Own the product roadmap, ensuring it reflects customer needs and our long-term competitive positioning.
- Champion an AI-first approach to product and identify where insights and intelligent workflows can set FuseMetrix apart in helping leisure and attraction operators.
People & Operations
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of around 25 people across sales, engineering, customer support, and operations while nurturing a culture rooted in our shared values.
- Improve existing practices, including regular reporting from the senior team and greater use of automation and AI.
- Work closely with the FuseMetrix Board, Azlin Software's central team, and learn from other senior leaders across the Azlin group.
What We Are Looking For
- Experienced B2B SaaS leader. A track record of leading a B2B software company with up to about £10M in recurring revenue, owning a P&L, and hiring and managing people.
- Learning agility. Ability to learn new things quickly and apply learnings to new situations.
- Product management capabilities. Experience setting product strategy and making the calls on which new features and system improvements to prioritise.
- People skills and emotional intelligence. Knows how to earn a team’s trust and motivate people to achieve results together.
- A passion for the UK leisure and attraction market. Keen to spend time with operators at their sites and understand what they need to keep delivering joyful experiences.
- Presence in Milton Keynes. Able to work from the Milton Keynes office four days a week, with relocation support available for the right person.
