Chief Executive Officer

The Hope Centre, Bromyard, Herefordshire

The Hope Centre is currently seeking a new CEO who will lead the organisation’s growth, develop funding opportunities and be accountable for the charity’s strategic direction and operations. The new CEO will lead the senior team and work closely with the Board of Trustees to formulate and deliver the organisation’s new strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the CEO will provide clear and decisive leadership, set and deliver a compelling long-term strategy, and ensure the organisation remains financially robust, mission-focused, and positioned for sustainable impact.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the charity sector, proven ability in leading teams and experience of writing successful funding bids.
