Role Overview
The Chief Executive Officer – International Business will be the strategic and operational leader responsible for driving the company's global footprint in the crushing and screening equipment sector. This role owns the vision, growth strategy, and execution for all markets outside the domestic base spanning mining, quarrying, aggregates, construction and infrastructure sectors. The incumbent will act as an entrepreneurial business owner within the larger organization, balancing top-line growth with disciplined P&L management.
Key Responsibilities
International Business Strategy
- Develop and execute the overall global export sales strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Identify and Develop country-wise business plans, sales targets, Go To Market strategies and prioritize new international markets, territories and business opportunities.
- Build long-term strategies for market penetration, revenue growth and profitability.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Lead the complete export sales lifecycle from market development to order closure, delivery and customer relationship management.
- Expanding the product portfolio in existing markets and increasing market share.
- Conduct market intelligence covering competitors, customer requirements, pricing, regulations and market trends.

P&L Management
- Own and manage the international business P&L, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
- Drive revenue, gross margins, operating costs, working capital and overall business profitability.
- Develop pricing and commercial strategies based on market dynamics and competition.
- Ensure effective management of receivables, credit exposure and commercial risks.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor the International sales and business development team.
- Build a high-performance global sales organization and define KRAs, targets and performance metrics.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Develop strong relationships with key international customers and strategic accounts.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, industry events, customer meets and business forums.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Service and Aftermarket teams to align product specs with regional standards.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations & governance, export documentation, sanctions, customs requirements and applicable country regulations.
- Manage commercial, currency, credit, logistics and geopolitical risks associated with international business.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 20+ years in capital equipment sales, with 10+ years in crushing, screening, mining, or construction equipment.
- Proven track record building export markets.
- Strong network with mining/quarry EPCs and equipment dealers internationally.
- Willingness for extensive international travel.
