Open Thinking Partnership is seeking an inspirational and ambitious Chief Executive Officer to lead the Trust through its next stage of development, making a positive and long-lasting difference to the lives of the children and young people we serve.
Open Thinking Partnership is a collaborative Multi Academy Trust established in 2020 to ensure the best possible provision for children and young people with a diverse range of needs. The Partnership currently consists of Dorothy Goodman School, The Fusion Academy and Forest Way School, with around 850 pupils and over 500 staff across eight bases.
This role requires a leader who inspires, motivates and influences employees, pupils and stakeholders. Our new CEO will be a supporter, influencer, builder and developer, putting children and young people at the heart of everything we do.

You will support our children and young people to have a voice, work in partnership with their families and carers, and enable our people to succeed. You will influence the regional and national SEND community, sharing best practice and strengthening our ability to deliver outstanding provision.
As a builder, you will continue to develop the processes, systems and ways of working that enable OTP to adapt to change and meet local and national requirements. As a developer, you will nurture our people, helping them to build their skills, achieve their goals and have the confidence to be the best they can be.
We are looking for an outstanding practitioner with successful strategic leadership experience in education and a strong understanding of SEND. You will bring the vision, resilience and collaborative approach required to develop a Trust of excellence, while maintaining our commitment to flexible, high-quality provision that meets the individual needs of every child and young person.
