UK/EU CEO – Global Consumer Electronics

A leading international consumer electronics group is seeking a UK/EU CEO to lead its regional business with full responsibility for strategy, P&L and long-term growth.

Role overview

You will define and execute the UK/EU growth strategy in line with global expansion plans, regional market dynamics and regulatory requirements. This includes owning multi-brand performance, building fully localised teams, and establishing the governance, processes and culture needed for sustainable expansion.

Key areas of accountability include:

  • Setting medium- and long-term regional strategy and annual operating plans, with full UK/EU P&L responsibility.
  • Building and scaling cross-functional teams (HR, legal, procurement, brand, PR, offline marketing) and implementing robust governance, performance and incentive frameworks.
  • Leading business compliance and risk management, and engaging with UK/EU and international regulators to manage legal, tax and policy risk.
  • Driving brand building, public relations and integrated marketing communications, safeguarding a premium brand position and overseeing sentiment monitoring and crisis response.
  • Working with global supply chain and international branches to optimise procurement, warehousing, logistics and operations within a disciplined cost-control framework.
  • Acting as the senior face of the organisation in the region, maintaining high-level relationships with government, industry bodies, channel partners and key stakeholders, and leading major negotiations.
  • Steering IPO preparation and execution for the UK/EU business, including governance optimisation, financial system standardisation and compliance upgrades.
  • Overseeing M&A and post-merger integration, from target selection and due diligence through to post-deal synergy and organisational alignment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
