An ambitious international consumer technology business is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead its next phase of growth across the UK and Europe.

With established market positions, recognised brands and a significant platform for expansion, the business is entering a pivotal stage in its evolution. The Board is seeking a commercially astute and internationally minded leader capable of accelerating growth, strengthening competitive advantage and creating long-term shareholder value.

This is a rare opportunity to shape strategy, sharpen market focus and unlock new opportunities across multiple geographies, customer segments and routes to market.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will be an accomplished CEO, Managing Director or Divisional President with a proven record of leading international businesses through periods of growth and transformation.

You will bring:

  • Significant international commercial leadership experience.
  • A track record of delivering market expansion and profitable growth.
  • Deep understanding of customer segmentation, channel strategy and route-to-market optimisation.
  • Strong strategic, financial and operational credentials.
  • Experience leading high-performing, multi-national teams.
  • Credibility and presence at Board level.
