Chief Executive Officer

My client is a well-established international organisation seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation’s strategic direction, business performance, and long-term growth.

This role sits within an AI-forward, entrepreneurial environment where significant developments in artificial intelligence are shaping products, operations, and growth strategy.

This is a senior executive opportunity for a leader who can combine vision with execution, build alignment across leadership teams, and create long-term value through strong decision-making, stakeholder leadership, and organisational performance.

What You’ll Be Trusted To Do

  • Define and communicate the organisation’s vision, mission, and long-term strategy

  • Drive business growth, profitability, and market expansion
  • Build, lead, and mentor the executive leadership team
  • Make high-level strategic decisions across operations, investments, and partnerships
  • Represent the organisation to investors, board members, customers, and external stakeholders
  • Lead fundraising efforts, investor relations, and capital allocation
  • Ensure organisational alignment across key functions
  • Establish company culture, values, and leadership principles
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure execution against strategic goals
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage

What Success Looks Like

  • A clear and credible long-term strategy is established and communicated
  • Growth priorities are translated into measurable business performance
  • Executive teams are aligned around accountability and execution
  • Investor and stakeholder confidence is strengthened
  • Organisational culture supports performance, innovation, and sustainable growth

What We’re Looking For

  • 15 or more years of leadership experience, including prior executive-level roles
  • Proven track record of scaling a company or business unit
  • Strong business acumen across product, technology, and go-to-market functions
  • Experience with fundraising, investor relations, and board management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams
  • Exceptional communication, decision-making, and leadership skills

Experience That Would Be Especially Valuable

  • Prior experience as a CEO or founder
  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments
  • Background in SaaS, AI, machine learning, or technology-driven companies
  • MBA or advanced business or technical degree
  • Equivalent senior leadership experience will also be considered
