About Camden Learning
Camden Learning is a pioneering schools-led partnership bringing together 57 schools, Camden Council, and over 3,000 education professionals in a shared commitment to excellence and social equity. Established in 2017, it has become a nationally recognised model of collaborative school improvement, supporting more than 21,000 children and young people across the borough.
Role Overview
As the organisation enters its second decade, it now seeks to appoint an outstanding and values-driven Chief Executive to lead Camden Learning through the next phase of its development. Working closely with the Board, schools, and local authority partners, the successful candidate will champion Camden's inclusive family of schools, building on a strong tradition of collaboration while identifying new opportunities within a changing educational landscape.

Responsibilities
This is a rare opportunity to lead a respected and influential organisation with a clear moral purpose. The Chief Executive will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Camden Learning, ensuring that excellence and equity remain at the heart of its work, while driving innovation, organisational sustainability, and impact across the education system.
Requirements
The Board is seeking an accomplished and inspiring educational leader with the credibility to engage schools, partners, and stakeholders at the highest level. Candidates will bring a successful track record of leadership, organisational development, and partnership working, alongside a deep commitment to improving outcomes and opportunities for children and young people.
