Chief Financial Officer

Facilities Services | Leicestershire, 3 days/week onsite | Reporting to CEO

We are recruiting for a fast-growing facilities services company that provides a comprehensive range of services to commercial and industrial clients. The business has delivered strong, sustained revenue growth and has ambitious plans to grow further over the next two years through a mix of organic expansion and acquisitions. The company recently received private equity investment, creating this opportunity to step into a pivotal seat on the leadership team.

The Role:

Join the Executive Management Team, working closely with the CEO, COO, CCO, and CMO to drive sustained growth. This is a role for a commercially astute CFO who wants to sit close to the P&L and the business.

You will:

  • Partner with the board and investors to shape and execute financial, commercial, and operational strategy
  • Build a best-in-class finance function - reporting, systems, controls, and working capital management
  • Drive value through commercial analytics, pricing management, and margin improvement
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team, with a focus on the real drivers and drags of value creation
  • Champion efficiency, consistency, and collaboration across the business
  • Own the HR function, with the HR Director reporting directly to you, covering people strategy, talent, and succession planning
  • Oversee Facilities Management and Corporate Insurance via third-party brokers
  • Champion health, safety, environment, and quality standards, with genuine, regular time spent on operational sites alongside frontline teams

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
