CFO | The 40m to £100m ARR Journey | Mid-Cap PE-Backed SaaS | South West London / Hybrid (3 days)

The Client

A c.£40 million ARR, mid-cap PE-backed SaaS business that has doubled revenue every year for three years and now employs close to 200 people, chasing £50-60 million ARR within the next twelve months. This CFO seat exists because the board wants someone who can own that next leg of growth as a genuine strategic partner, not just report on it.

The Role

This is a chance to build the function fresh. Reporting to the CEO, you will own finance, RevOps, legal and IT as one function, sit at the centre of board and investor conversations, and stay close enough to the business to know what is breaking and why. Priority one is elevating strong but stretched foundations to match triple-digit growth without losing pace or culture.

Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
