Chief Financial Officer

Global Lifestyle Hospitality Group
London

Excellent salary, bonus & benefits

We are partnering with a design-led, international hospitality group to appoint an exceptional Chief Financial Officer as the business enters an ambitious new phase of global growth.

This is a rare opportunity to join a founder-led but professionally structured hospitality business with a portfolio spanning distinctive venues, experiential bars, lifestyle concepts and destinations across some of the world’s most exciting cities.

Known for its exceptional service culture, architectural quality and brand-led guest experiences, the group combines creativity, modern luxury and cultural relevance with strong commercial ambition.

With an established London base and a growing international footprint across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and North America, the next chapter will see significant expansion through new openings, strategic partnerships, selective acquisitions and major development projects.

Working closely with the Founder and senior leadership team, you’ll provide the financial leadership, commercial insight and governance needed to support a rapidly evolving international hospitality business.

You’ll be a strategic partner, commercial thinker and trusted adviser, equally comfortable discussing international growth and investment opportunities with the Founder as you are challenging operational performance, assessing the viability of a new hotel development or strengthening financial controls across multiple jurisdictions.

The role

You’ll take overall leadership of the group’s finance function, ensuring the business has the financial infrastructure, insight and discipline required to support its next stage of growth.

As a key member of the senior leadership team, you’ll work alongside leaders across Operations, Culinary, Brand, Development and Commercial Strategy to translate financial performance into clear commercial action.

Your remit will include:

  • Partnering closely with the Founder and leadership team on long-term strategy, international expansion and investment decisions
  • Evaluating new markets, partnerships, acquisitions and development opportunities
  • Leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and group reporting
  • Providing clear commercial insight across hotels, venues, F&B operations and other lifestyle concepts
  • Supporting operational leaders with performance analysis, margin optimisation and commercially focused decision-making
  • Strengthening financial governance, controls and reporting across an increasingly complex international business
  • Ensuring appropriate compliance across multiple jurisdictions, entities and currencies
  • Leading financial modelling and feasibility analysis for new openings, renovations, new builds and major capital projects
  • Partnering with Development, Design and Operations teams throughout the lifecycle of major projects
  • Supporting the group's wider digital transformation, including the evolution of finance systems, reporting and data
  • Managing relationships with banks, investors, auditors, advisers and international partners
  • Developing the finance team, ensuring the function continues to evolve alongside the scale and complexity of the business

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Just as importantly, you’ll need to be comfortable operating in a business where creativity and commercial discipline sit side by side.

This is an entrepreneurial, ambitious and fast-moving environment. The successful person will bring structure without unnecessary bureaucracy, challenge without ego and financial discipline without restricting the creativity that makes the business distinctive.

What success looks like

Success will mean building a finance function capable of supporting a significantly larger and more international organisation. You’ll have:

  • Created greater visibility and consistency around financial performance across the group
  • Strengthened forecasting, controls, governance and international reporting
  • Become a trusted commercial partner to the Founder and senior leadership team
  • Given operational leaders clearer insight to improve revenue, margins and profitability
  • Established robust financial frameworks for new markets, openings and capital projects
  • Improved the quality of investment modelling and decision-making
  • Strengthened relationships and credibility with investors, banks and external stakeholders
  • Helped create the financial infrastructure required to support the group's next phase of international expansion

For someone who loves hospitality but also enjoys the complexity of growth, investment, development and international business, this is an incredibly exciting opportunity to help shape what comes next.
