Role Description
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, hybrid role based in London, with flexibility for some work from home. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting for the agency and its global network.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements
- Managing audit and compliance processes
- Optimizing financial systems and controls
- Providing strategic financial guidance to the executive team

The role will partner closely with leadership to support growth initiatives, evaluate investments, manage risk, and ensure the financial stability and scalability of the business. The CFO will also lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Finance and Financial Planning, with a proven ability to develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial strategies.
- Demonstrated experience preparing, analyzing, and interpreting Financial Statements and Financial Reporting for executive leadership and external stakeholders.
- Advanced Analytical Skills, including the ability to assess financial performance, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Extensive experience in corporate finance, cash flow management, risk management, and internal controls, ideally within agency or professional services environments.
- Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent, and a strong understanding of relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proven leadership skills, including managing and mentoring finance teams, building effective processes, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear insights for non-financial audiences.
- Experience working in or with global organizations and multi-currency environments; prior exposure to media, communications, or marketing sectors is beneficial.
