Role Overview

Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will lead the finance and wider resourcing strategy, with a remit to ensure the Group's financial integrity through enhanced business planning, financial control, and reporting, to maximise efficiencies and drive operational excellence. You will provide day-to-day line management for the Finance, MI, Funding, Procurement, and Risk Management functions, with a clear focus on business transformation, asset utilisation, and commercial growth, while ensuring the corporate services function is highly customer-centric and aligned to the organisation's changing needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the finance and wider resourcing strategy.
  • Ensure the Group's financial integrity through enhanced business planning, financial control, and reporting.

Required Skills and Experience

  • A qualified, commercially focused finance professional with a wealth of strategic experience.
  • Experience gained within a complex, customer-centric, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Inspirational leadership style.
  • Excellent analytical and planning skills.
  • Fully conversant with change and effective project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Capacity to engage at all levels across and beyond the organisation.
  • Ability to solve complex strategic challenges through deliverable and workable business solutions.
