Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) β€” International Payments / FX

πŸ“ Hybrid (UK, Marylebone and Beaconsfield - Buckinghamshire) Β· Part-time (1–2 days/week, with scope to grow)

About Fiberpay

Founded in 2021, Fiberpay is a specialist currency exchange provider focused on property and investment-related transactions. We've traded over $1.4bn in client funds and built a 5-star reputation across the real estate sector, including a partnership with one of London's largest estate agencies. We serve a global client base, delivering substantial FX savings alongside a high-touch, customised service for clients managing international financial transactions.

We're now entering an exciting next phase of growth β€” including an important strategic and regulatory milestone β€” and are looking for a commercially sharp finance leader to help guide us through it.

The Role

This is a fractional, fully remote role starting at one to two days per week, with genuine scope to increase to three or more days over the next 6–12 months, and potential to grow into a full-time position as the business scales.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
