Chief Financial Officer

London/Hybrid

Circa £250,000+ Salary and Executive Benefits Package

We are partnering a high-growth, global, privately run creative-led management consultancy business to appoint a commercially focused CFO. Our client has grown by around 20% per annum over the last five years through a combination of acquisitions and organic growth. This is a key leadership role working closely with the CEO and Board to support both operational delivery and achievement of long-term strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Significant input into finance strategy and business development including implementing and reporting on financial strategies and supporting growth both organically and through M&A
  • Act as a business partner to commercial operations, providing KPIs and development of dashboards to provide insightful information that drives decision making and supports business development
  • As part of the Board and Executive team be a major contributor in overseeing the development and management of the business plan, leading the financial planning process and ensuring that effective communication and corrective action is taken
  • Ensure that the company’s financial and operational systems are robust and support future growth, continuously exploring ways to increase automation. Oversee the IT function, ensuring the technology strategy, systems and data infrastructure keep pace with the demands of a tech-driven consultancy and support the wider business strategy.
  • Manage and optimise the company's working capital and cash flow management with regular engagement and reporting to the investors on this, operational efficiency and profitability

The successful candidate will be an experienced and commercially minded CFO who has operated successfully alongside an entrepreneurial leader, ideally within an international, multi-site organisation. They will bring proven expertise across M&A, business transformation, and the development of scalable financial infrastructure, combined with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.

You will be a highly engaged and collaborative member of the leadership team, bringing ideas, energy, perspective, and constructive challenge to support the continued growth and development of the business. Above all, they will be a trusted and credible partner who can inspire confidence across the Management Executive and wider organisation.
