Full-time salary Band 1 [16 [20 (£77,676 - £85547), Band 2 [21 -[25 (£87,664 - £96,694)

The higher salary band is reserved for candidates who bring exceptional levels of expertise, experience, and performance. Appointment within Band B will be considered where an applicant can evidence a substantial and demonstrable contribution at a comparable level, together with the capability to make a significant strategic impact from the outset.

About This Role

As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Chief Financial Officer will provide strategic financial leadership across the Trust, ensuring the highest standards of financial stewardship, governance, and compliance. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the CFO will lead the development and delivery of the Trust's financial strategy, supporting sustainable growth, educational excellence, and long-term organisational success. The successful candidate will be a commercially astute and values-driven leader, with the ability to influence at Board level, drive continuous improvement, and ensure resources are deployed effectively to maximise outcomes for pupils and communities.
