Chief Financial Officer
The Chief Financial Officer will serve as the senior financial leader of Family Office, a developer of luxury hospitality and real estate projects across Europe. The CFO will oversee all financial activities of the Group, including the design and implementation of robust finance policies, procedures, and systems that support financial planning & budgeting, accounting & consolidation, management reporting, cash-flow and risk management, project financing, and investment structuring.
This is a hands-on, commercially oriented role. The successful candidate must be a seasoned Real Estate and Hospitality Finance specialist with a proven track record of working directly with institutional and private investors, joint-venture partners, banks, private-equity firms, advisory firms, and legal counsel on complex development and operational financing transactions.
The CFO will work in close partnership with the CEO and the Board of Directors to support strategic decision-making and to ensure that the office's capital structure, funding strategy, and financial performance fully support the delivery of its luxury hospitality vision.

This role requires a seasoned Real Estate and Hospitality Finance specialist. Candidates without substantial, direct experience in luxury hospitality or real-estate development finance, and without a proven record of working face-to-face with investors, JV partners, banks, PE firms, advisors, and lawyers, will not be considered.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of progressive professional experience in finance, of which at least 8–10 years must have been in a senior leadership capacity within real-estate development, luxury hospitality, or a closely related asset class.
- Demonstrable track record of structuring, negotiating, and closing complex equity, debt, and joint-venture transactions with institutional investors, private-equity firms, banks, and strategic partners.
- Hands-on experience working directly with investors, JV partners, banks, PE sponsors, financial advisors, and legal counsel throughout the full transaction lifecycle (from term-sheet to closing and ongoing relationship management).
- Strong preference for candidates who have worked on luxury hospitality, resort, hotel, branded residential, or mixed-use developments in Southern Europe or comparable mature European markets.
- Deep knowledge of leading-practice financial management, project finance techniques, IFRS (or equivalent), and the regulatory and tax frameworks applicable to real-estate and hospitality businesses in Europe.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing finance teams in a multi-project, multi-entity environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related discipline is required.
- Recognised professional qualification in Finance or Accounting is required (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, CMA, or equivalent).
- Post-graduate degree (MBA, Master’s in Finance or Real Estate) is strongly preferred.
