Eton Bridge Partners have been retained on a confidential search to appoint a Chief Financial Officer for a private equity-backed infrastructure business. This is a pivotal board-level appointment, offering the opportunity to play a leading role in the strategic development of a well-established organisation as it enters its next phase of growth and value creation. The role offers considerable flexibility, although maintaining a regular presence with the Group's offshore businesses will be important through regular travel.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will be responsible for leading the finance and procurement functions across the Group. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the successful candidate will partner closely with shareholders, lenders and the Board, providing strategic financial leadership while supporting the business through its continued growth and future exit journey.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Leading all aspects of financial strategy, governance, reporting, treasury and procurement across the Group.
• Acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, supporting long-term business planning and value creation initiatives.
• Managing relationships with shareholders, lenders, auditors, advisers and other key external stakeholders.
• Driving budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management and financial performance across the organisation.
• Overseeing statutory, tax, regulatory and management reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
• Supporting private equity reporting requirements and helping prepare the business for a future exit event.
• Leading funding, debt management and treasury activities, including risk management and hedging strategies.
• Leading, developing and motivating a high-performing finance and procurement team.
