Chief Financial Officer
Felbridge Partners are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a fast-growing consumer/retail brand scaling across the UK and US, to appoint their next Chief Financial Officer. Backed by strong momentum and ambitious growth plans, our client is looking for a commercially minded CFO to join the Executive Leadership Team and help shape the next stage of the journey. From funding and financial strategy through to building the systems and infrastructure needed to scale profitably.

What You'll Do
- Partner with the CEO and Board to shape long-term growth and value-creation strategy
- Lead the funding and capital strategy — debt, equity, working capital and cash
- Own commercial finance, driving profitability across channels, geographies and categories
- Build the governance, controls and reporting needed to keep the business investment- and exit-ready
- Lead Finance and Technology, scaling both functions ahead of the business's growth

What We're Looking For
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven CFO or FD experience in a scaling consumer or retail business
- Track record raising and managing debt, and leading fundraising or refinancing
- Experience preparing a business for investment, acquisition or exit
- Strong commercial instincts, with omnichannel and international exposure
- A hands-on, entrepreneurial operator who thrives on ambiguity and pace
