The Opportunity

Finatal is partnering with a rapidly scaling, private equity-backed consumer platform operating across the UK and Europe. The business has created a market-leading subscription model that provides customers with affordable access to premium physical products through a flexible membership offering.

Combining technology, logistics, and refurbishment capability, the company has built a highly differentiated circular economy platform that extends asset lifecycles, improves accessibility for consumers, and delivers meaningful environmental impact. The business serves tens of thousands of customers, operates internationally, and is entering an exciting phase of growth as it executes its next strategic chapter.

With strong investor backing, a proven model, and significant market opportunity ahead, the business is now seeking an outstanding CFO to help drive scale, optimise capital efficiency, and prepare the company for a future exit event.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The Role

As Chief Financial Officer, you will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and a trusted strategic partner to the CEO, Board, and shareholders.

The role extends beyond finance and will encompass governance, legal, compliance, people, and corporate administration. You will be responsible for ensuring the organisation has the financial discipline, controls, and infrastructure required to support continued international expansion while maximising shareholder value.

A critical aspect of the position will be supporting the execution of the company's three-year strategic plan and helping prepare the business for a successful liquidity event. The successful candidate will bring prior experience from high-growth, investor-backed environments and will have played a significant role in delivering an exit, recapitalisation, or other major shareholder value event.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a commercially focused CFO with the credibility, gravitas, and strategic capability to operate at Board level within a fast-scaling, investor-backed business.
