The Opportunity
Finatal is partnering with an international consumer healthcare platform that has achieved substantial scale and operates across multiple global markets.
Combining technology, regulated products, and customer-centric services, the business has built a high-growth, international platform with revenues already measured in the hundreds of millions. Having established a strong market position and expanded internationally, the organisation is now focused on accelerating profitable growth, driving operational excellence, and further strengthening its global infrastructure.
As part of this next phase, the Board is seeking a proven Chief Financial Officer to act as a strategic partner to the Founder and executive team while leading the continued evolution of the business.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Founder and working closely with the Board, the CFO will have responsibility for the global finance organisation and play a critical role in shaping the future direction of the company.

Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and executing the financial strategy to support ongoing international expansion
- Driving EBITDA improvement, operating leverage, and capital efficiency
- Leading group FP&A, reporting, treasury, tax, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Building scalable finance processes, controls, and systems to support continued growth
- Partnering closely with commercial and operational leaders to improve decision-making and performance
- Managing banking and financing relationships
- Leading strategic planning, investment evaluation, and capital allocation decisions
- Providing high-quality insight and challenge at Board level
- Developing and mentoring a high-performing international finance team

Candidate Profile
We are interested in speaking with experienced CFOs who have successfully operated within high-growth, complex, and internationally scaled organisations.
The successful candidate will likely demonstrate:
- Existing CFO experience within a high-growth, founder-led, private equity-backed, or complex international environment
- A proven track record of scaling businesses through significant growth phases
- Experience leading multi-country finance functions and international legal entities
- Strong commercial instincts alongside technical finance excellence
- Experience managing lenders, debt facilities, and financing processes
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Previous exposure to transformation, international expansion, and organisational scaling
- The ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced entrepreneurial culture while bringing discipline and structure
