The Mission
Hire a world-class Chief Financial Officer to scale our profitable, international, multi-entity company—turning finance into a driver of growth through strategic investment, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation.
📌 You will report directly to the CEO.
What You Will Own
Capital and Growth
- Own the strategy for deploying capital, championing the high-impact bets and justifying them (internally and externally).
- Provide leadership with clear investment directives, ensuring disciplined growth at scale.

Who You Are

What We are Looking For
- Proven impact: CFO experience in turning finance into a scalable, high-value engine for a company and its shareholders.
- A track record of complex international, multi-entity, multi-currency finance operations.
- Expertise in US indirect tax, cross-border compliance, and global accounting standards.
- A developmentally qualified certification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or locally accredited CPA), with a strong FP&A and financial modelling background.
- Ownership and autonomy in a high-velocity, remote environment. Proactive communication and results-driven from the start.
Bonus Kudos If…
- You have SaaS or proptech experience: Create forecasting models for transactional gross booking value (GBV) as well as recurring revenue.
- Bring expertise in travel, hospitality, or tech-driven marketplaces.
- Expanded a founder-run finance function to an institutional-ready standard.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Compensation
- Total cash budget up to US$312,000/year (tied to cost of living, but negotiated flexibly).
- Hiring options: Whether as an employee (if in the US, EU, UK, or Australia) or let us take on costs internally via ** глобальный контракт**.
Equity & Long-Term Upside
- A significant equity stake through our $HOST token (RSUs valued at US$436,800), vesting over four years (≈ US$109,200/year).
