Chief Financial Officer

Private Equity-Backed D2C Subscription Business | £20m Revenue

Location: London

Renumeration: £180,000–£200,000 + Equity

IH16477

We are partnering with a high-growth, Private Equity-backed direct-to-consumer subscription business to appoint an exceptional Chief Financial Officer.

With annual revenues of approximately £20 million, a loyal and growing customer base, and a clear value creation plan, the business is entering the next phase of its journey. The investment thesis is centred around accelerating profitable growth, scaling operations, and delivering a successful exit within the next three years.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially focused CFO who has successfully led a PE-backed business through an exit and thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Board and Private Equity investors, you will be responsible for leading the finance function while acting as a strategic partner across the business.

You will build on strong financial foundations, provide insight to support commercial decision-making, and ensure the business is fully prepared for a future transaction. Alongside leading a finance team of five, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, improving reporting, strengthening controls, and maximising shareholder value.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
