We are seeking an outstanding Chief Financial Officer to join the Leadership Team and Board at a pivotal moment in our evolution. This is a rare opportunity for a strategically minded finance leader to influence the future direction of a globally respected business, providing financial stewardship, governance leadership and commercial insight across both established and emerging markets.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will be a trusted adviser at Board level, combining sharp intellect, sound judgement and credibility with the ability to navigate complexity, challenge constructively and inspire confidence. Alongside safeguarding ACL's long-term financial resilience, you will play a central role in shaping growth strategy, driving performance and ensuring the highest standards of governance and risk management.
Aviation experience is not essential. We are interested in exceptional leaders who have thrived in regulated, international or stakeholder-rich environments who bring the ambition, commercial acumen and personal presence to make a lasting impact.
