About TAINA

TAINA is a leading RegTech SaaS provider helping global financial institutions automate tax documentation, withholding tax compliance, and investor onboarding processes. Our clients include many of the world's largest asset managers, banks, and financial institutions. As we continue to scale, we are seeking an experienced Chief Financial & Operating Officer (CFOO) to join our Executive Leadership Team.

This role is designed for a seasoned CFO who has expanded beyond the traditional finance remit into broader operational responsibility and ownership, governance, commercial management, and organizational scaling. The successful candidate will act as the CEO's principal internal business partner, taking ownership of the company's financial performance, operational effectiveness, governance framework, and risk management, allowing the CEO to focus on customers, investors, strategic partnerships, and market growth.

The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a growing SaaS business. You will play a key ownership role in ensuring the company remains financially robust, operationally efficient, commercially disciplined, and well-positioned for long-term growth. Operating as the CEO's trusted partner, you will be responsible for the successful running of all internal business functions, providing strategic ownership across finance, operations, governance, and business performance. This is a hands-on role focused on direct ownership and delivery, not delegation from a distance.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Responsibility & Ownership

Serve as the executive owner of TAINA's financial strategy, planning, and performance. Responsibilities include:

  • Ownership of company financial forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
  • Board, investor, and management reporting, including KPI and performance analysis.
  • Revenue forecasting, scenario modeling, and strategic planning.
  • Management accounts review and financial performance oversight.
  • Cash management, liquidity planning, and cost control.
  • Oversight of commissions, bonus schemes, and compensation frameworks.
  • VAT, insurance, and broader financial compliance governance.
  • AI infrastructure cost management and operational expenditure control.
  • Understanding and managing the impact of AI on the business, including margin implications, cost discipline, operational risk, governance, and commercial decision-making.
  • Supporting fundraising activities, investor engagement, and long-term business planning.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
