The Chief Information Officer - Asset Management
A technology leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the firm's technology, data, AI and operational strategy. The successful candidate will modernise the technology estate, drive automation and analytics initiatives, and partner with executive leadership to support the firm's growth ambitions.

Description
Chief Information Officer - Asset Management responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring they meet the company's needs.
- Develop and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Define and execute the firm's technology strategy, aligning it with our investment and operational objectives.
- Lead the modernisation of core systems.
- Drive the design and implementation of a secure, scalable data architecture to support advanced analytics and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with investments, investor relations, and finance teams to identify opportunities for automation, workflow optimisation, and digital client engagement.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate technology contracts to ensure value and performance.
- Build and mentor a high-calibre technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure robust cybersecurity measures and disaster recovery plans are in place to protect sensitive financial and client data.
- Oversee the management and development of our facilities and service support functions to deliver a continually high-quality of service to the firm.

Profile
A successful Chief Information Officer - Asset Management should have:
- Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role within asset management, private equity, or a related financial services environment.
- Strong track record of delivering enterprise technology transformations, ideally in data-driven and regulated environments.
- Deep understanding of investment management systems, data platforms, and integration architectures.
- Experience with cloud technologies (Azure) and modern data tools (Snowflake, Fabric).
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at Board and Executive level.
- A strategic mindset combined with the ability to execute and deliver measurable results.
- Commitment to fostering diversity, inclusion, and a collaborative team culture.
