About Plannorium

The world has more software than ever, yet critical work remains fragmented. Teams waste precious hours managing disjointed tools, noisy communication, and buried data instead of doing the work that matters.

At Plannorium, we believe technology should reduce complexity, not add to it. We build intelligent digital infrastructure designed to make high-stakes, regulated, and demanding work feel simple, connected, and clear.

Our ecosystem spans integrated infrastructure across key operational verticals:

  • Healthcare Infrastructure: Pioneered by our flagship clinical operating system, Curenium
  • Trust & Workflow Infrastructure: Plannorium Sign, Plannorium Identity, and Aenex

Healthcare is where we are proving our philosophy, but our ambition extends across every industry where complexity is unavoidable. As we prepare for pilot rollouts, commercial scaling, and multi-product go-to-market execution, we are seeking a founding Chief Marketing Officer to shape the Plannorium voice, lead multi-product positioning, and build a scalable acquisition engine from day one.

The Role

We need a hands-on, high-agency CMO who pairs long-term brand vision with relentless execution.

You will own the overarching marketing direction for Plannorium as a parent brand while spearheading the go-to-market strategies for our product portfolio—leading with Curenium as our primary commercial spearhead, followed closely by our broader workflow and identity platforms.

We do not believe in hype, feature checklists, or noise for the sake of noise. Our philosophy is simple: show the value, make the complex feel effortless, and apply intelligence where it actually counts. You will set the narrative, roll up your sleeves to build the demand-generation engine, establish search visibility across traditional and AI-led channels, and translate deep infrastructure products into clear, indispensable solutions.

You will report directly to the Founder and collaborate closely with our product, engineering, creative, and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand & Multi-Product GTM Strategy: Define and execute the global marketing roadmap for Plannorium and its product portfolio, driving near-term commercial traction for Curenium while laying the brand foundation for Plannorium Sign, Identity, and Aenex.
  • Next-Gen Search & Organic Distribution: Architect modern Technical/Content SEO and pioneer Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) to secure authority across AI-powered answer engines and search platforms.
  • Full-Funnel Demand Generation: Build, test, and scale outbound and inbound acquisition campaigns targeted at enterprise decision-makers, clinical operators, and organizational leadership.
  • Product Marketing & Narrative: Translate complex systems and technical workflows into intuitive, customer-facing product walkthroughs, demo narratives, whitepapers, and launch campaigns that focus on clarity over jargon.
  • Content Engine & Brand Voice: Establish and direct our editorial voice across LinkedIn, search, targeted email, and emerging platforms—producing thought leadership that reflects our core ethos: Build less noise. Build what matters.
  • AI-Accelerated Operations: Champion modern AI workflows internally across creative development, market research, campaign testing, and funnel automation to scale output without administrative bloat.
  • Creative Alignment: Collaborate with the Creative & Content Lead to direct motion graphics, product demo videos, and digital UI storytelling that maintain an enterprise-grade, cohesive visual standard across all touchpoints.
  • Commercial & Capital Enablement: Partner with leadership to produce high-impact collateral, pilot acquisition decks, enterprise pitch materials, and investor updates.
  • Performance & Attribution: Build out our CRM and analytics infrastructure from scratch, setting meaningful KPIs and taking full ownership of pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and CAC.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
