Full time or Fractional CMO - expertise in skincare is a MUST

The brand

Skinmed Doctors is a Swiss skincare brand founded by Dr. Felix Bertram, dermatologist & longevity expert, and founder of Switzerland's leading dermatology clinic group. We are building a modern skincare brand focused on high-quality products, strong branding, and long-term consumer trust.

The role

We are looking for a full time or Fractional CMO with experience in building a premium skincare brand. Previous skincare experience is a must.

You will own brand and marketing development end to end. The science is clear. The science story and consumer concept are not yet cracked. This is the job.

If you have turned a clinician's science into a consumer brand that women buy, this is the role.

You will report to the General Manager and work directly with the founder.

What you will own

  • Brand building. Build the positioning, the visual identity, and the brand architecture from the ground up. Lead the brand book development with our brand agency. Define what this brand stands for in a crowded category.
  • Science story. Translate complex dermatological and biological concepts into a consumer proposition the consumer immediately understands and believes. Work hand-in-hand with Dr. Bertram to ensure the science and the marketing are fully aligned. Make the mechanism simple, credible, and desirable.
  • Consumer concept development. Crack the consumer concept: Insight, Benefit, Reason to Believe. Develop the messaging framework that drives DTC acquisition. Test, learn, and refine until it converts.
  • Day-to-day brand leadership. Manage external agencies (brand, design, digital). Lead the go-to-market strategy for a DTC launch in DACH. Own the brand voice across every touchpoint.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
