Chief Marketing Officer
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £180,000 - £240,000 DOE + Bonus
Type: Permanent
About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Chief Marketing Officer to join a rapidly growing international B2C organisation operating across multiple global markets.
Reporting to the executive leadership team, this Group-level position offers the opportunity to shape and deliver the global marketing strategy, drive customer growth, and lead a sizeable international marketing function. The successful candidate will bring a strong blend of strategic leadership, digital expertise, commercial acumen, and brand development experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the group's global marketing strategy.
- Lead brand and multi-brand positioning across international markets.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Oversee digital, performance, and growth marketing activities.
- Lead creative, communications, and content strategies.
- Optimise CRM, customer insights, marketing technology, and data-driven decision making.
- Build, develop, and lead high-performing international marketing teams.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to support overall business growth objectives.

Candidate Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in senior B2C marketing leadership roles.
- Preference for cutting edge, market leading brand experience.
- Proven experience operating at CMO, Marketing Director, or equivalent executive level.
- Strong background in global, multi-market and multi-brand environments.
- Demonstrable success in customer acquisition, growth, and performance marketing.
- Commercially focused with a track record of delivering measurable business results.
- Experience leading large, geographically dispersed marketing teams.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, customer data, and marketing technology.
