Chief Marketing Officer

A rare opportunity has arisen for an exceptional marketing leader to join a highly respected premium consumer business at a pivotal stage of its growth journey.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, this Board-level appointment offers the chance to shape long-term strategy, influence commercial direction and lead the development of a portfolio of premium brands, products and customer experiences.

This is not a traditional marketing role. It is an opportunity to define the future of a successful business, strengthening its market position while creating new opportunities for growth.

The Opportunity

  • Define and deliver the long-term marketing vision and strategy.
  • Lead a portfolio of established premium brands and propositions.
  • Shape customer, channel and route-to-market strategy.
  • Strengthen brand equity, customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Develop a modern, insight-led marketing function.
  • Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Play a key role in wider business strategy as a member of the executive leadership team.

We are seeking a commercially minded marketing leader with a passion for premium brands, exceptional customer experiences and building high-performing teams. You will be a natural ambassador, equally comfortable influencing in the boardroom, engaging with customers and partners, and inspiring colleagues throughout the organisation.

Candidates are likely to have developed their careers within premium FMCG, consumer brands, retail, hospitality or similarly brand-led environments where reputation, customer engagement and commercial performance go hand in hand.
