We’re supporting a fast-growing professional beauty brand with an established international DTC business across multiple markets.
The company is entering an important next stage of growth, and we’re looking for a commercially driven CMO to take ownership of the marketing function and build a scalable growth engine.
The business operates through Shopify, with 500+ products / 2,000+ SKUs and a growing international customer base.
What you’ll own:
- Revenue growth and marketing performance across international markets
- CAC, LTV, conversion, AOV and contribution margin;
- Retention, repeat purchase and subscription growth
- Meta, Google, CRM, email, SEO and CRO;
- Customer and channel analytics.

We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong commercial / P&L ownership;
- A proven track record in DTC / eCommerce growth;
- Hands-on understanding of acquisition, CRM, CRO and attribution;
- Shopify and repeat-purchase experience;
- Experience building and leading teams;
- An analytical, hands-on approach;
- Experience in beauty, personal care, wellness or another repeat-purchase category is a plus.
