About Us
Foodhub is an international hospitality technology company providing online ordering, EPOS, payments, kiosks and digital solutions to hospitality businesses across the Globe, including the UK, Ireland, America, and ANZ.
With our global headquarters in Dublin and our business continuing to grow internationally, we're looking for leaders who enjoy building, taking ownership, and making a real impact.
About the Role
We're looking for a commercially minded Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who wants to build, not just manage.
This isn't a role where everything is already mapped out. You'll be joining a founder-led business that's growing quickly, entering new markets and constantly evolving. Priorities will change, ideas will evolve, and sometimes you'll be making decisions with 80% of the information instead of waiting for 100%.
You'll work directly with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to shape how Foodhub grows its consumer business globally. You'll own our B2C marketing strategy, build a stronger consumer brand, drive customer acquisition and retention, and create marketing that delivers measurable commercial results.
We're looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on as much as they enjoy setting strategy. Someone who can think big but isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, challenge ideas, move quickly, and help build something special.
If you're looking for layers of approval, rigid processes, and perfectly defined roadmaps, this probably isn't the right role. If you're excited by building, solving problems, and making a real impact, we'd love to talk.
The Foodhub DNA – For Leaders
As one of our senior leaders, you'll help build the culture that defines Foodhub.
We're looking for leaders who:
- Take ownership and solve problems.
- Move quickly and make decisions.
- Stay close to customers.
- Build trust through action.
- Develop high-performing teams.
- Challenge the status quo.
- Stay hands-on when needed.
- Build scalable processes that improve the customer experience.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
