Chief Medical Officer

Overview

Seeking a discreet Chief Medical Officer for a permanent UHNW placement. Oversee private care across the Mediterranean. £240,000 GBP tax-free. Based in Bristol.

A prominent ultra-high-net-worth family is seeking an authoritative, profoundly discreet physician for a permanent, full-time engagement. In this deeply trusted position, you will assume total clinical leadership over the family’s health, executing preventative strategies and providing immediate interventions as their primary medical confidant.

Operating with complete autonomy, your practice will transition fluidly between their private estates and their Mediterranean voyages. You will travel alongside the principals throughout the year, overseeing their well-being across exclusive destinations such as Monaco, the Algarve, Marbella, Italy, the Greek Islands, Mallorca, and Ibiza. This role is tailored for a commanding medical leader who values strict confidentiality and personalized patient advocacy above all else.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
