Chief Nursing and Midwifery Officer
We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our dynamic team as the Chief Nursing and Midwifery Officer. As a voting executive Board member, you will be responsible for professional nursing, midwifery, AHP’s, providing strategic leadership across these professions, encouraging innovation, creativity and strategic thinking about service provision.
This is an opportunity for you to bring your professional skills and knowledge to the fore as we drive forward our plans and future innovations and deliver our shared ambition to provide great care from great people. As a key member of the executive team, you will share accountability for the achievement of the trust’s strategic and operational objectives, for setting and exemplifying the Trust’s values and standards and for ensuring that its obligations to internal and external stakeholders are understood and met. Placing our patients, relatives and carers at the heart of what we do, you will also ensure that equality and diversity is central to the patient experience.
Interviews will be held 28th September 2026.

They will work with the Trust Executive Team and the Trust Leadership Team (TLT) to ensure that patients, their relatives and carers have a positive experience when accessing and receiving care/services from this Trust; placing this at the forefront of all strategic development, integration of services and improvement ensuring that equality and diversity is central to the patient experience.
