As the right hand to the founding team, you will drive growth across a diversified collective of media, talent, and brand partnership businesses. You will lead cross-group strategic projects, optimize operational rhythms, and provide critical leverage to the founders. What You Will Do
- Own high-stakes cross-group projects from fundraising and JV processes to new business launches and commercial reporting.
- Maintain the group's operational rhythm by managing leadership agendas, unblocking workflows, and building essential team processes.
- Provide executive leverage by handling board preparations, commercial data analysis, and representing the founders in key meetings.
