About ActAI
There are over 5 billion users using basic applications today such as email, notes, tasks, calendar and they're not AI-native. Our mission is to build proactive applications for anyone in the world, who are not used to complex prompting. We aim to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, organizing, and workflows, with minimal to no prompting.
Our product focuses on achieving high reliability for long-running workflows, persistent context, and real-world task completion. We believe products will greatly reduce hallucinations.
Our objective is to organize anyone's life, allowing us all to spend time on valuable and meaningful things.
About the Role
The Chief of Staff will drive major priorities across ActAI and its portfolio of businesses. This is a hands-on operating role for someone who can move across businesses and functions, solve difficult problems, and drive important work from decision through execution.

What you will be doing
- Drive major Group priorities and cross-functional projects from start to completion.
- Identify business or execution problems, work through the details, and drive solutions.
- Track priorities, decisions, and performance across businesses and ensure clear ownership and follow-through.
- Lead projects involving new businesses, market expansion, organizational changes, or other Group priorities.
- Analyse business performance, markets, and opportunities and turn findings into actions.
- Work across product, technology, finance, people, and operations depending on the problem.
- Step into areas where ownership is unclear or additional execution is needed.

What you will need
- Strong experience in a technology company, high-growth startup, strategy/operations role, top-tier consulting firm, or your own startup.
- Track record owning complex projects with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong analytical and commercial judgement with the ability to work through data, financials, and business problems.
- Able to learn unfamiliar businesses and functions quickly and get into the details.
- Strong written and verbal communication with clear, structured thinking.
- Hands-on operating style - able to do the analysis, build the plan, and drive the execution personally.
