Role Description The Chief of Staff is a full-time, on-site role based in the City of London. This position supports the executive leadership team by driving strategic priorities, coordinating key initiatives, and ensuring effective follow-through on decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing executive workflows, preparing briefing materials, overseeing cross-functional projects, and improving operational processes. The Chief of Staff will facilitate leadership meetings, track action items, and help align teams around organizational goals and performance metrics. The role also involves stakeholder communication, preparing reports and presentations, and serving as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior leaders.

Qualifications
- Strong strategic planning and business analysis skills, with the ability to translate executive vision into clear initiatives and measurable outcomes.
- Experience in project management and process optimization, including coordinating cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in preparing executive-level reports, presentations, and briefings.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities, including working effectively with senior leaders and diverse teams.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills, with capacity to prioritize multiple initiatives and maintain attention to detail.
- Prior leadership or advisory experience in insurance, reinsurance, financial services, or a related regulated industry is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.
- Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced, internationally oriented environment and maintaining high ethical and professional standards.
