Chief of Staff
Treatwell is a market-leading SaaS platform combined with the continent's largest beauty marketplace, operating across 14 markets, supporting 800+ colleagues and partnering with approximately 95,000 salons. This role exists to be the connective tissue at the centre of the business, and you'll do it working directly alongside our CEO and Executive Team.
You'll own the Executive operating rhythm end-to-end, from strategic planning and company-wide OKRs through to Board and Executive reporting, working directly with the CEO and in close partnership with the CFO and the broader leadership team. You'll be the connective tissue across the organisation, bringing together Product Engineering, Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Supply, Customer Experience, Legal and People & Talent, and the person who makes sure our biggest cross-functional programmes land at pace. You'll also be a trusted thought partner to the Executive Team: turning complex commercial and operational data into the insight and recommendations that shape how Treatwell makes its biggest decisions.
This is one of the most senior and visible roles in the business, sitting at the centre of a category-defining European platform and shaping how we execute strategy across 14 markets, functions and audiences.
You will be responsible for:
- Partnering with the CEO, CFO and Executive Team translating strategy into clear execution plans, and coordinating the annual strategic planning process and quarterly business reviews
- Owning the operating rhythm around company-wide OKRs monitoring progress, challenging delivery risk, and keeping leadership focused on the initiatives with the greatest business impact
- Leading Treatwell's highest-priority cross-functional programmes setting up governance, milestones and reporting, managing interdependencies across functions and markets, and removing blockers before they slow delivery
- Diving deep into marketplace, SaaS and commercial performance data identifying trends, risks and opportunities, and building the business case for strategic investment and change
- Coordinating Executive and Board reporting in partnership with the CEO, CFO and Chief Legal & People Officer ensuring materials are concise, insight-led and delivered on time
- Preparing high-quality Executive and Board presentations and business reviews translating complex commercial and operational information into clear, actionable recommendations
- Tracking actions arising from Executive and Board meetings, ensuring clear ownership, accountability and follow-through
- Building trusted relationships across the C-suite and senior market leadership influencing outcomes and driving accountability without relying on formal authority

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
