Chief of Staff Role
The Chief of Staff Association has been retained by a Series B funded company building the AI-native operating system for the real economy: a system that closes the circuit between intelligence and action. By combining real-time truth, specialized AI workers, and an orchestrating intelligence, our client manages complex, mission-critical work with true autonomy.
Chief of Staff Role
Our client is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Head of Revenue, a sharp, high-EQ operator who can move between strategic alignment, client-facing execution, and analytical work without losing stride. This is a senior chief of staff position, requiring eight or more years of experience across revenue and sales operations, executive support, people and hiring, and cross-functional operations. The role sits at the center of the revenue organization, working closely with the Head of Revenue and across deployment, sales, and the revenue office.
This is an execution and alignment role, not administrative in nature. The chief of staff keeps cross-functional work visible and moving, and extends the Head of Revenue's reach across the organization and with customers. The right person is a genuine force multiplier: someone who spots what needs to happen before being asked, takes ownership without hand-holding, and operates credibly across a fast-moving technical business. Direct exposure to venture-backed scaling environments, a working understanding of GTM and sales infrastructure, and the emotional intelligence to work effectively with a high-performing, hands-on executive are all important.
This will be a full-time, hybrid position based in London, UK. Expect up to 25% travel.
Responsibilities
Revenue Team Coverage
- Act as the connective layer across deployment, sales, and the revenue office
- Drive operating cadence: rhythm, accountability, follow-through
- Identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies before they become blockers

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
