Our Client

A fast-growing AI fintech transforming the collections and financial remediation industry. Its omnichannel AI platform helps banks, lenders and other regulated businesses automate customer engagement across voice and digital channels, while managing affordability, payment arrangements, compliance and auditability.

The Role

  • Partner closely with the founders across a broad range of strategic and commercial priorities.
  • Take ownership of key projects, from business-critical initiatives to new opportunities and organisational changes.
  • Analyse markets, competitors and emerging trends to help shape the company’s direction.
  • Turn ideas into action by taking new markets, products or initiatives from concept through to implementation.
  • Spot inefficiencies and improve processes to support the company’s rapid growth.
  • Tackle complex, open-ended challenges with a high level of ownership, autonomy and impact.

The Requirements

  • 3 + years experience in a high-performing environment such as consulting, investment banking, strategy, start-ups or a similarly analytical role.
  • Exceptional academic track record, with strong evidence of intellectual ability, competitive drive and a high standard of execution.
  • Highly analytical and entrepreneurial, comfortable taking ambiguous problems, finding practical solutions and owning them through to completion.
  • AI-native and highly tech-savvy, using AI to work faster and smarter while maintaining a rigorous eye for accuracy, quality and detail.
  • Bachelors Degree (2:1 +)
