Our Mission

We're not your average benefits platform; we're the unordinary force that uplifts people's lives. Our technology is the link that connects the entire benefits ecosystem, creating better outcomes for employers, employees, brokers, and providers.

Our mission is clear: we're here to create a world where everything operates at its very best, ensuring that every employee receives the support they need to live life to the fullest, both at work and beyond.

Your Mission

As our Chief of Staff, you'll be a strategic partner to the Founders—bringing structure to the chaos, turning priorities into actionable results, and keeping the company moving forward with urgency and precision.

You’ll sit at the heart of the business, keeping our most important priorities on track and our teams aligned. From driving planning cycles and OKRs to steering large, cross-functional initiatives, you'll be the driving force that ensures strategy turns into execution. TLDR: if it is business critical, it’s almost guaranteed you will be involved.

This is a high-impact, high-trust role for someone who thrives in ambiguity—with close partnership from leadership and strong support from the team. You'll have a front-row seat to how the business is built and a real hand in shaping its future.

What you'll be working on

  • Drive strategic focus: partner with the Founders and our wider leadership team to clarify priorities, shape long-term business goals, and align the business around what matters most.
  • Design the operating rhythm: own our planning cycles, OKRs, business cadences, and exec meetings to keep the organisation running in sync.
  • Own the grey space: you’ll take on our most complex, ambiguous challenges—the ones with no clear approach—and turn them into clear, executable paths forward.
  • Tell the story: build crisp, compelling narratives for all-hands, board updates, and internal comms that keep the team informed and aligned.
  • Build for scale: design systems, tools, and workflows that reduce noise, speed up decisions, and keep the business laser-focused on what moves the needle.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You will love this role if you have...

  • Scaled a B2B SaaS business: You've operated at pace somewhere growing fast, and you know what breaks at each stage and what to put in place before it does.
  • Owned large projects end to end: You've run company-wide initiatives from first scoping through to delivery.
  • Experience working directly with founders: In strategy, consulting, product, operations, or a chief of staff role before. You know how to be give maximum leverage to the leadership team.
  • Experience building with AI: You're hands-on with tools like Claude/Cursor/ChatGPT, and you've had a real go at building things with them. Not essential, but it will put you ahead and reflect the nature of the AI-native team we are building here.
  • Run the operating engine: you've owned OKRs or an equivalent goal-setting process across multiple teams, and you know the difference between a cycle that changes behaviour and one that generates documents.
  • Worn a lot of hats: you've been the strategist one week and the executor the next, and you're happy moving between the two depending on what the business needs.

And you...

  • Think in systems: you break complex problem spaces apart, see how the parts connect, and get to the root cause of why something is happening before you decide what to do about it.
  • See ambiguity and run toward it: you simplify complexity and bring clarity where others get stuck.
  • Have a bias for action and don't wait for permission: you take ownership and move fast.
  • Influence without authority: you earn trust and get buy-in through sharp thinking and strong relationships.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently: whether you're writing a board update or aligning execs on a hard decision.
